You did not receive course access within 48 hours after payment
The course content is significantly different from what was promised (with valid proof)
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not yet started the course
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You have completed more than 20% of the course
Your refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
The issue is not related to FOOF SCHOOL, such as:
Your internet connection issues
Device or software problems on your end
A change of mind with no valid reason
