FOOF SCHOOL – Refunds Policy

At FOOF SCHOOL, we strive to provide high-quality courses and a positive learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how you can request one.


1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You were given access to the wrong course (not the one you ordered)

  • You did not receive course access within 48 hours after payment

  • The course content is significantly different from what was promised (with valid proof)

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not yet started the course


2. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course

  • Your refund request is made after 7 days of purchase

  • The issue is not related to FOOF SCHOOL, such as:

    • Your internet connection issues

    • Device or software problems on your end

    • A change of mind with no valid reason


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your full name, course title, date of purchase, and reason for the refund

  3. Our team will respond within 3 to 5 business days


4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be returned via the same payment method you used (e.g., PayPal, credit card)

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider — it typically takes 3 to 10 business days
